Goods sold are not refundable.

Under unforeseen circumstances where the item is damaged, send us an email with a photo of the damage at meow@suddenlycat.com and we will endeavour to resolve the issue. If it is deemed our fault and we are unable to replace it, a refund will be provided.

We do not do exchange for wrong size for cat costumes/hats at risk of fur-mites. Fur-mites on cats are usually undetected till a bald spot appears. We hope you cat owners can understand.
